Yeah- I spent one summer washing up in a nursing home. The residents and the people I worked with were really sweet but the sink was under a window so I looked out all summer and it was boiling hot outside on top of that I had to wear pink marigolds

I went to Grab Canaria with my mum, her fiancee, my little brother and Tommy last summer. It was really cool. We had some gorgeous weather with scorching blue skies

When I was 17 I went away with school to the South of France and I fell in love with the water sports instructor! He was Scottish and just beautiful. He taught me windsurfing and I made a massive effort to be at it and impress him but nothing happened. I've had some creepy experiences abroad as well though Once this guy came up to me and said "Here's 10p Go ring your mum and tell her you're not coming home tonight" I said "Here's a pound now go and but some breath freshner!"

Four or five years ago, so long before I was in Sclub 7. I wouldn't ever get the tube because I get scared and am claustrophobic in tunnels. I hate it! And I won't get in lifts or the channel tunnel either

All the time. But my mum does it. I don't mind doing it but she just does it. She's fantastic!

Ah sure I do. I'm quite easy going mostly, but you know we all get tired sometimes, wouldn't be human otherwise! When was the last time? About ten minutes ago when we were going to do some photos and I realised I didn't have the right clothes with me to wear I was not pleased.

Honestly, I don't really do it. I don't. I'm not always feeling great but I haven't done anything like that for a while. If I'm going to swear, I curse at myself as its not fair to curse at the fans I do so under my breath

Sometimes, Not often its easier to keep the peace, isn't it?, to tell little white lies but I would never lie about anything important. Its not worth getting found out!
WHAT'S THE ULTIMATE WAY TO FEEL REFRESHED?
Don't be in a pop band. The last time I felt ready for anything would have been about four years ago. Yeah being in westlife has taken a toll on me. The longer things go on without a break the tiredness builds up. We need lots more holidays!`

Again it comes and goes. On stage watching fans makes me happy when you realize what we've achieved all over again. But nothing could make me happier than that night dinner with me mum and dad. That's the best Absolutely!
